IT’S UP TO YOU:
©
1990 by Lydia Glider-Shelley
Takes a little bit of everything to make this world a home:
Not too much of anything, or the balance would be thrown!
What can I say to you that would show how hard
Livin’ in these times can be, when you can’t see your reward:
Bridge:
But a distant gleam is all there will be, until the day has come For
everyone and everything to see the glory of the Son!
Climb:
Each of us has our trials, some seem tougher than others to bear… But
it evens out, you can count on it, somehow, somewhere!
Chorus:
For the light is at the end of the tunnel,
And we’re speeding through.
The story’s latest chapter is ending:
And my friend, it’s up to you:
There can only be one master in a creature’s life,
It’s impossible to serve any more and do it well!
I think it’s plain to see true joy and happiness can be found:
By following the guide we’ve been sent
Into the place where we’re meant to dwell…
(repeat bridge, then chorus)
